1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of UniClover.app, the UniClover application, and all related features, content, competitions, rankings, chats, interviews, moderation systems, prize mechanisms, and support tools (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2) Independent Service — No Roblox Affiliation
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Roblox Corporation. All Roblox names, trademarks, logos, game names, and related assets belong to their respective owners. Where Roblox authentication is used, it is performed only through official Roblox systems.
3) Eligibility
- You must be legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you.
- You must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.
- You must comply with applicable Roblox terms, policies, and community standards.
- You must use truthful information and a legitimate account.
- You must not impersonate another person or entity.
4) Children, Parents, and Guardians
- If the law applicable to you requires parental or guardian consent for a feature, that consent must be obtained before you use that feature.
- Features that may require additional parental or guardian consent include face-photo verification, interview participation, prize claims, gift card receipt or use, private messaging, reduced-filter private messaging where available, and any feature requiring extra personal data.
- By using such features, you represent and warrant that all required parent or guardian permissions have been obtained.
- We may request additional confirmation of parent or guardian consent at any time.
- If required consent is absent, unclear, or later withdrawn, we may suspend the relevant feature, withhold prizes, or restrict access.
5) Account Access and Authentication
The Service may use Roblox OAuth or other approved authentication methods. Where Roblox OAuth is used, the Service relies on official Roblox authorization pages, PKCE, a single-use state value, and approved redirect URIs. You agree not to access another person's account, not to share or rent accounts, and to keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We do not request or store your Roblox password when official OAuth systems are used.
- You must not share authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or login links with other people.
- If you revoke access in Roblox or if an authorization expires, some features may stop working until you sign in again.
- We may refuse, invalidate, or repeat a login flow if it appears tampered with or inconsistent with the expected state or redirect URI.
A user may initiate account deletion only through the UniClover application. Account deletion may be unavailable while the user owns an active clan or remains a member of any active clan. After a deletion request is submitted, the account may enter a temporary deactivation period of 30 days during which restoration may be available. If the account is not restored within that 30-day period, the account may be permanently closed and related data may then be deleted or retained only as permitted or required under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6) Community Standards and Communications
The following are prohibited in public chat, private messages, comments, support communications, interviews, and all other in-Service communications:
- Profanity, obscenity, vulgar language, or explicit sexual language.
- Sexual content, grooming behaviour, sexual solicitation, or sexually suggestive conduct.
- Bullying, harassment, humiliation, stalking, intimidation, insults, or targeted abuse.
- Threats, violent content, hate speech, discriminatory or degrading expressions.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive behaviour.
- Spam, flooding, repeated unwanted messages, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
- Requests for off-platform contact where prohibited by the Service.
- Any content that we reasonably consider unsafe, harmful, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.
7) AI Moderation and Message Filtering
To protect users and the integrity of the Service, we may use AI systems, automation tools, keyword or context filters, behavioural analysis, user reports, and human moderators to review, classify, filter, block, delay, restrict, flag, escalate, or remove content and messages. Messages intended for public areas may be filtered before publication, and AI systems may reject a message from being sent. We may log moderation events and keep evidence related to suspected violations, abuse, fraud, child safety, security incidents, or legal compliance.
8) Private Messages and Reduced-Filter Options
The Service may provide private or direct messaging features. In some cases, a user may be allowed to enable, reduce, or disable certain proactive AI filtering settings for a specific private conversation or user relationship. Any such setting applies only to the scope expressly offered by the Service and does not guarantee that the conversation will be unmonitored, unlogged, or free from later moderation. We may still process, review, investigate, moderate, or disclose private messages where reasonably necessary for delivery, safety, abuse prevention, child protection, fraud prevention, platform integrity, report handling, or legal compliance.
9) Face-Photo Verification and Gender-Related Profile Verification
The Service may offer optional verification or highlighting features that require submission of face photographs, including a front-facing photo and a side or profile photo, for review of eligibility for a gender-related profile designation, visual highlight, verification status, or similar feature. By using such a feature, you agree that:
- The images are submitted voluntarily.
- The images must truthfully depict you and must not depict another person unless you are the lawful parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor and legally permitted to do so.
- The Company may use AI-based systems, human moderators, or both to review the images.
- The Company may approve, reject, request resubmission, or refuse the request acting reasonably and in good faith.
- If you are a minor or otherwise require consent by law, you must obtain that consent before submitting any photo.
10) Interviews, Recordings, and Prize Eligibility
The interview may include video recording, audio recording, visual appearance, voice capture, and answers to questions asked by the Company or its authorized representatives. By participating, you agree that the interview may be recorded and reviewed for prize verification, fraud prevention, safety, identity confirmation, moderation, support, audit, and legal compliance. If you are a minor, parent or legal guardian consent is required where applicable before interview participation or prize issuance. Failure to complete the interview process, consent steps, or verification steps within the required time may result in delay, cancellation, forfeiture of the prize, or selection of an alternative winner where permitted by law.
11) Competitions and Rankings
The Service may provide skill-based competitions, rankings, leaderboards, battles, or events. Participation is optional unless explicitly stated otherwise. All results are subject to verification. We may correct scores, statistics, rankings, placements, or outcomes if we detect error, abuse, fraud, technical malfunction, or rule violations. Participation does not guarantee any ranking, reward, or prize.
12) Prizes and Gift Cards
Prizes may include Roblox gift cards or similar digital reward instruments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Any stated prize value is approximate.
- Actual face value, denomination, region availability, issuer format, taxes, fees, currency differences, and redemption conditions may vary.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- We may substitute a prize with one of the same or greater approximate value where reasonably necessary.
- We may require interview completion, age confirmation, eligibility review, account verification, and consent verification before issuing a prize.
- If the winner is a child or minor, the user represents that the parent or legal guardian has consented to the receipt and use of the gift card or other prize where required by law.
- We may refuse, delay, withhold, or cancel prize delivery where we reasonably suspect fraud, cheating, abuse, false information, lack of required consent, or any violation of these Terms.
13) Fair Play, Cheating, and Prohibited Advantage
- Bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, clickers, or AI agents used to gain advantage.
- Cheats, exploits, modified clients, injected code, tampering tools, packet manipulation, or unauthorized software.
- Account boosting, account sharing, smurfing, or use of multiple accounts to manipulate results.
- Collusion, win-trading, coordinated manipulation, or fraudulent cooperative play.
- Intentionally triggering glitches, loopholes, server weaknesses, client weaknesses, or unintended mechanics to obtain a benefit.
- Deliberately searching for, reproducing, or exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain a competitive, economic, or moderation-related advantage.
- Interfering with rankings, interviews, messaging, moderation, reporting systems, or prize processes.
14) Security and Vulnerability Abuse
You must not probe, attack, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service or related systems except to the limited extent expressly permitted by mandatory law and specifically authorized by us in writing. Discovery of a possible bug or vulnerability does not grant permission to exploit it. If you discover a possible issue, you must stop using it immediately and report it to the Company.
15) User Responsibility and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for your conduct, communications, uploaded content, competition participation, and use of the Service. You agree that you remain legally responsible for your actions under these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable laws and regulations, applicable Roblox rules and policies, and, where applicable, the laws identified in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
16) User Content
If you submit messages, interview responses, photos, support communications, reports, feedback, or other content through the Service ("User Content"), you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, moderate, display within the Service, and use such User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, moderate, investigate, support, and administer the Service, competitions, prize fulfilment, and compliance obligations. This licence is limited by the Privacy Policy where personal data is involved.
17) Enforcement and Remedies
If we believe that you violated these Terms, or that enforcement is necessary to protect users, the Service, or the Company, we may take one or more actions, subject to applicable law:
- Warn you or require corrective action.
- Block, reject, remove, or restrict messages or content.
- Mute, limit, suspend, or terminate messaging access.
- Remove scores, rankings, wins, rewards, or verification status.
- Delay, withhold, reclaim, substitute, or cancel prizes.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently ban access.
- Preserve and use evidence for investigation, appeals, compliance, and legal purposes.
- Report conduct to platform operators, parents or guardians where appropriate, service providers, regulators, or law enforcement where required or reasonably necessary.
18) Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, text, design, rankings, visual materials, databases, moderation systems, and related content, is owned by or licensed to EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
19) Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, add, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of the legal framework applicable to the Service.
21) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
22) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunities, prizes, or expected benefits, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it shall be limited only to the minimum extent permitted by law.
23) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
24) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
